I hope you had a wonderful holiday, Sharon! This has been one of my very favorite Christmases ever as we really focused on giving instead of receiving and my boys seemed to really “get it”. As busy as it was there was still time for relaxation and rest and spending time with family and friends too. It was just perfect. I hope yours was similar!

I love the fact that you & your boys focused on the giving aspect of Christmas. That’s such a lovely thing to do. In one of my Buddhist workshops in the lead up to Christmas we focused on the joys of giving. After meditating on it they were full of smiles so I think they “got it” too. I then indulged my joy of giving by handing out home-made choc chip cookies 😉
