Long time readers of my blog will know that I’m a big fan of The Vegan Kind. The business was launched by the lovely Karris and Scott back in 2013. It began with a monthly lifestyle subscription box, which they packed from their kitchen table! It’s been wonderful to watch how the business has blossomed over the years, as well as the growing community of TVK supporters. On Instagram alone, they now have over 50K followers!
Having outgrown their kitchen table and their first warehouse premises, last year the team moved into a double-sized warehouse in Glasgow where they now have plenty of room to stock their ever-growing collection of vegan products.
As well as the monthly lifestyle box (available for worldwide delivery), TVK also offers a quarterly beauty box (UK only at the moment), as well as gift boxes (such as Christmas, Valentines and gift subscriptions).
Most recently, they launched an online vegan shop stocking a huge array of vegan products including…
◦ Chocolates & Snack Bars
◦ Meat & Dairy Replacements
◦ Crisps & Savoury Snacks
◦ Drinks & Milk
◦ Spreads & Other Condiments
◦ Pasta, Rice, Grains, Beans, Pulses
◦ Breakfast Cereals & Oats
◦ Cooking Sauces, Pestos and Pastes
◦ Powders & Seeds
◦ Tinned Goods
◦ Easter (Chocolate, Eggs)
◦ Vitamins & Supplements
◦ Cleaning Products
◦ Bath, Body & Baby
◦ Books (Cooking & More)
TVK have also just bought a massive refrigeration unit and, as of today, are offering chilled vegan goods including vegan cheeses and meat substitutes.
YEP, ALL THE VEGAN CHEESE!
One of the things that I especially love about the TVK shop is that you don’t have to sift through the products like you do in ‘regular’ stores, checking the labels to see whether it’s vegan friendly. EVERYTHING in the TVK store is vegan and suitable for us. Happy days!
I also love the fact that the TVK shop stocks vegan products that are not so easy to come by. In the monthly subscription boxes, TVK introduces us to lots of gorgeous vegan products that aren’t typically available in high street stores. It’s such a treat to be able to try these new products, plus it’s great to know that we can now easily re-purchase the products we love via the TVK shop.
For example, last year I was lucky enough to sample many delicious, high quality vegan chocolates. But of all those I tried, my favourite has to be the Almighty Foods Golden Blonde Raw Cacao Bar. Do you remember Caramac bars? They were my favourite childhood chocolate bar. Well, the Almighty Foods Golden Blonde bar is like high quality, organic, cane sugar-free version of Caramac. It is SO good! And this bar, along with others in the Almighty Foods range, are available to purchase in the TVK shop.
If you think you might become a frequent TVK shopper, it will definitely be worth your while signing up to Vegan Points, which launched last week. It’s a rewards system where you earn points for each purchase made in the TVK shop. These points can then be redeemed on future purchases. Just by creating an account with TVK you earn 50 points, then for each £1 spent, you receive 5 points. You can also earn 250 points by referring a friend.
Bit of the Good Stuff Reader Offer
TVK has launched so many new initiatives lately, including a new blogger affiliate programme! I was invited to sign up but, rather than earn a commission for myself, I asked Karris and Scott whether we could offer a discount to my lovely readers instead ❤️ They were very happy to oblige!
Simply enter the code Goodstuff at the checkout and you will receive:
- £5 off any subscription
- 5% off any order over £20
Happy shopping everyone!
