  1. Hi Sharon,

Joni sent me your link. It looks great ! Well done. Funnily enough I have been on a similar path since my diagnosis except I have taken it one step further because I eat low carb as well (dont want to feed those pesky tumour cells !) which includes no fruit or very little, no starchy veg etc, no rice or flour . My diet is based on good fats, nuts, organic produce, occasional organic chicken or fish, protein based subsitutes, goats milk or organic soya, tempeh etc. Its the result of two years of research on my part and intelligence gained from the contacts I have made internationally.

Anyway I am very impressed with your work and wish you all the very best. If you have low carb recipes for me please send them my way 🙂

    All the best

    Jackie

    1. So lovely to hear from you Jackie! And thank you so much for your kind comments. I’m really sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but it sounds like you’re taking control & fighting back. I wish you all the best ♥
Do you still work in Trowbridge? If so, I’d love to come across one day & meet up for lunch. It would be so good to catch up!
Re. low carb recipes – my faves would have to be the cashew ‘cheesecakes’ (there’s a few recipes in my Desserts section). They’re scrumptious & way nicer than the dairy ones 😉
