Thank you Sharon for your delicious Red Lentil and Cashew Nut Loaf. I made it last night for Sunday dinner and it was the best I have ever tasted. My husband made onion gravy to go with it.
Hi Sheila. Thank you so much for your feedback. I am thrilled to hear that the nut loaf was a success for you 🙂
Love the sound of home made onion gravy! I’ve never had much success making home made gravy so I normally cheat & buy it. Is your husband’s recipe a family secret… or do you think he’d be willing to share it? 😉
Just to say how great the cashew nut roast was. I made it this Christmas as my son is vegan, but it was well received by all the family. Will definitely make again.
love this blog
Thank you Kathy. I’m so pleased you’re enjoying it ☺️
