How do you feel about exercise? Do you love it? Loathe it? Begrudgingly do it because you know it’s good for you? Personally, I’m an exercise lover. For me, nothing feels more invigorating and energising that moving my body and getting the heart pumping.
Recently I had the pleasure of meeting personal trainer, Bryony Miles (aka ‘Queen B’). I’d been following her on Instagram for a while, and her photos always bring a big smile to my face. Whether alone or with friends, her workouts are full of smiles, laughter and a touch of craziness. Recently, I joined Bryony for one of her Queen B’s Silent Discos.
